By accessing and using Aura Check (checkaura.ai), owned by TonePilot Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Aura Check provides AI-powered analysis of relationship conversations and texting dynamics. The analysis is generated using advanced AI models for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional psychological or relationship counseling.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for any text or images (screenshots) you upload to Aura Check. You agree not to upload any content that violates privacy laws, intellectual property rights, or is harassing, abusive, or offensive.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features, such as unlimited checks and AI reply strategies, require a paid subscription of $4.99/month. Payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aura Check and TonePilot Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any relationship outcomes or decisions made based on AI analysis.
